Live’ly is a health and food service that has helped their clients (or Friends, they like to call them) lose more than 44,000 kgs. They wanted to show how their process works from the moment their customer walks through their doors.
Instead of just talking about what the company does, we showed what Live’ly truly delivers. Happiness and confidence.
We wanted Live’ly to connect to their customers on an emotional level. After careful thought and brainstorming, we crafted a story where the customer can be the hero of his own story.
We designed an overweight character with the same problems and confusions about healthy living that their customers have. Customers are able to see their pain in the story. They relate to the character.
Numerous backgrounds and characters were created. Live’ly is able to get the most out of this project by reusing these designs in other ways besides our explainer video. For example, in a mini slideshow showing the step-by-step process of becoming a Live’ly client.
As we follow this lovable character on his journey, we show him gaining tools and support from Live’ly. He achieves his goals and becomes the hero. When people celebrate him, we succeed in connecting the client to the company.
